With the new year now upon us, it is a GREAT time to focus on finding someone special to spend those long winter nights with.  Here are 3 dating resolutions that will help you find your perfect match in no time flat: 

1. Be proactive: good things don’t always come to those that wait. Develop the habit of saying ‘hello’ to new people.
2. Break free from your ‘comfort zone’: doing the same things and going to the same old places will lead to the same results.  Try a new part of town, or a new restaurant and refer to point no. 1 above!
3. Be open: don’t be too judgmental on the first date.  A second or third date with someone is typically a much better time to determine long term compatibility.
